Representative in the European Union
QRvik is established in Singapore. Because we offer our services to people in the European Union, Article 27 of the GDPR requires us to designate a representative in the Union. No representative has been designated yet. This must be completed before launch.
VAT
QRvik is a Singapore entity. Where we are required to charge value-added tax on sales of digital services to consumers in the European Union, that tax is shown and collected at checkout, and it appears on the invoice you receive for every payment. Business customers who supply a valid VAT identification number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure where applicable.
Consumer dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in 2025 and is therefore no longer available. We are not obliged, and are not willing, to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If something has gone wrong, please write to us first — contact us here — and we will try to put it right.
Liability for content and links
QRvik lets its users create QR codes that point at destinations of their own choosing, and hosts link pages on their behalf. We do not monitor or control those destinations and we do not adopt their content as our own. We are not responsible for the content of external sites reached through a QR code or link page created by a user.
If a QR code or link page hosted by us points at unlawful content, tell us and we will remove or disable it promptly. Please report it to contact@qrvik.com with the short link involved.

The QRvik name, the QRvik interface and the content on this website are protected by copyright. QR codes you generate belong to you, and you may use them commercially without restriction or attribution. The QR Code trademark is held by DENSO WAVE Incorporated; QRvik is not affiliated with or endorsed by DENSO WAVE.
